Last week was the final week of the Scottish Cookery Class I was taking at the Glasgow Metropolitan College. I must say I will miss my evening class and no doubt my friends and family will as well as every week I was coming home with some great food to share!

Tinto Tapas Bar on Battlefield Road in Shawlands is a miniscule eatery with big flavours. The restaurant apparently seats 50 but it does feel smaller.
